The best thing about Christmas – really about any family activity – is when I can hug my grandpa. To the outside world he might seem to be just another grumpy old man. But I know better: He’s attentive and loving and caring. That’s why every time I hug him, I hold on to him much longer than he would. So he can feel, that I know.
